my return policy
I want you to be incredibly pleased with your order. Please read the follow information about your purchase. If you have any further questions, please reach out to me directly at: Love@GabrielleAbbott.com
Can I return or exchange my artwork? All sales of original and printed artwork are final. I am unable to accept returns or exchanges.
My artwork was damaged in the mail. Can you help? It is just as disappointing for me as for you when my art is not treated with care during transit. I carefully package every product in sturdy rigid mailers to ensure it’s secure delivery to you. Once the artwork leaves my studio, I am not responsible for any damage incurred by third party carriers. However, I’m happy to do my best to help you, because I really want you to enjoy your Yoniflower art! Since I ship USPS, it is often possible to claim shipping insurance for damaged parcels. Depending on the circumstance, we may be able to navigate this process together.
My artwork never arrived or was lost in the mail. What should I do? Again, once the artwork leaves my studio I am no longer liable for it. If you received a shipping confirmation and your package does not arrive within the expected time frame, please check the shipping address entered in your confirmation email. If the package is lost in the mail, it may be possible to claim shipping insurance, depending on the circumstances. I’m happy to help you navigate this process to the best of my ability.
I ordered a print, but it’s too big for my frame/doesn’t look like what I thought. What now? Please read the artwork descriptions carefully before purchasing. Each piece clearly lists its dimensions and color palette in the description. Unfortunately I am not able to accept returns based on misunderstanding this information.
It is frustrating when shipping or purchasing processes don’t go as we intend. Your compassion is appreciated.
